How can I send a review on an item that I have not received yet? I have sent email and chat requests to find out where our order is and have not received ANY response! We placed the order on 10/14 and it was shipped (M2544510)10/18 with a tracking number (910292699833704506616) that has had NO INFORMATION available since the day we received the email. The customer service has been horrible and I will not be ordering from your company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. We want our order!
